Oswego Fest 2025. Since 1988 oswego harborfest has grown from a small local event to a major admission free regional festival attracting an average audience. In addition to the great music performances all weekend, the park is host to a variety of vendors (marketing, food, farmer’s market, commercial and arts & crafts).
